We have direct access to the first handed sources and products fromSaffron farms. Harvesting of the purple striped flowers of saffron are started particularly in autumn while are collected in the early morning. These beautiful flowers have stigmas and three crimsons. Since saffron flowers are very delicate, therefore the perigynous of the blossoming have to be manually harvested. After collection, saffron spicesare extracted. Saffron is a precious and expensive spice because it is somehow scarce and more than 180,000 blooms are needed for extraction of only one kilogram final Saffron product.
We supply saffron in three different types: filaments, extract and powder. We can also provide saffron in packages in different sizes and shapes based on our clients’ demands and wishes.
